About Me

I,Jin(Shijin) Ma,am a nationally certified acupuncturist&Chinese herbalist licensed in Colorado.I am also a registered nurse. This unique combination means that I have the best views of both eastern and western medicine.I was born and grew up in Shanghai,the beautiful city in China. I worked at Shanghai No.6 People's hospital (an eastern and western medicine combined hospital) for almost 10 years as a registered nurse prior to coming to the USA in March 1991.I started my private practice in Chinese medicine in 2001, after I got my Master of Science degree in Oriental Medicine. I worked at Longmont united Hospital as a registered nurse and acupuncturist for two decades. I have realized the power of Chinese medicine and have seen the benefits of it for many years.

I also have a beautiful and happy family. My husband is a software engineer, and our only lovely son is currently attending college.
